We are a grassroots arts organization rooted in the Chicano/a/x mural legacy, creating, preserving, and sharing community murals as living expressions of memory and belonging. Murals carry our stories, connect us, and celebrate who we are.

Emanuel Project grew out of the Chicano mural tradition of the late 1960s. Today, we combine mural-making, preservation, and storytelling to keep cultural memory alive and visible for our communities now and in the future.
